This software is developed and provided by the relevant operations team (hereinafter referred to as “We”) to provide a secure, efficient, and convenient video playback and management experience for users (hereinafter referred to as “You”).
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “This Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding the use of this Software, which clarifies your rights and obligations as well as ours. Please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement before downloading, installing, registering, logging in, and using this Software. Once you use this Software, it is considered that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the obligations of this Agreement; if you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop downloading, installing, and using this Software.

3.2.2 You must not interfere with the proper operation of this Software by any illegal means, use excessive network resources, device resources of this Software, and avoid affecting the use experience of other users and the stability of the Software service.
3.3 Content Management Specifications
3.3.1 You must ensure that you have the right of legal ownership or use of the video content that you manage and edit through this Software, and that you do not violate any legitimate rights of third parties, such as copyright, portrait rights, and privacy rights.
3.3.2 If you edit video titles, covers, etc. through this Software without including information that is illegal, illegal, obscene, or misleading to others, we have the right to delete, block, etc. illegal content without needing to notify you in advance.
4. Intellectual Property Statement

5. Suspension and termination of services
5.1 Proactive Termination of Services
5.1.1 You have the right to stop using this Software Service at any time, and upon your stop, the rights and obligations between you and us as stipulated in this provision will automatically terminate, except in terms involving confidentiality, intellectual property rights, breach of contract liability, etc.
5.1.2 We have the right, upon prior notice to you, to suspend or terminate all or part of the services of this Software in accordance with our business plan, technical upgrades, legal and regulatory changes, etc., without bearing any additional liability of compensation, but with a refund of the relevant fees you have paid for the period of non-use (if applicable).

7. Accountability
